This page was initially made for my clients, but at their request, I made it public. I post workouts here 6 days a week and every muscle group will be worked at least once in that time. I have suggested set and rep counts, but modify as needed.
Equipment you'll need: workout bench that inclines, dumbbells, loops, bootie bands.
These videos are accessible to ANYONE, whether you are new to fitness or have been strength training for years. Be forewarned, these are NOT fancy workout videos. This is not a fancy YT channel. I started making the videos in 2020 when everything shut down so my clients could continue training at home. There are no verbal cues; these are straight up video demonstrations only.
