Get your weekend rolling with this full body workout. Do the first two exercises as described, then repeat each superset 2-4x and move on to the next. Save something for the lunges at the end!

1a Close stance DB squat (feet together) 3 sets: 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps (try to increase weight with each set, if you can)

2a Wide stance goblet squat (legs greater than hip width, toes out to 45) 3 sets of 10, then one set of 12

3a Flat bench alternating chest press 2 right, then 2 left for total of 8/side
3b Lateral raise 8/side

4a Single arm each row 10/side
4b Biceps curl 10

5a Flat press, plans facing 8-10
5b Triceps kickback 10/side

6a Walking lunge 8-10/side
6b Scissor kicks 10/side
