Get it going with this chest, shoulders, and triceps triple set workout. Repeat each triple set 2-4x, then move on to the next.

1a Flat chest press 10 (after lighter warm up sets)
1b Flat chest pullover 8
1c Single arm chest crossover 8/side

2a Overhead shoulder press 10
2b Bent over rear delt raise, palms prone 8
2c Leaning lateral raise 8/side

3a Skull crushers 10
3b Overhead triceps extension 8
3c Single arm triceps kickback, palms up 8/side

4a Finisher: 25 pushups, break them up however you need. Knees or toes.
