In 2025, I’ll turn 56, stepping into the “around sixty” generation. Just thinking about it excites me! Why? Because as we age, the gap between people’s lives becomes clearer.
In our 30s, many feel fresh and hopeful, but this is when people start to diverge—those who act and those who don’t. Over time, these differences grow.
Some say, “I’m too old for that” or “It’s normal to feel pain at this age,” but I believe age doesn’t define us. With the mindset of “I want to try,” anyone can take action and see results.
Through my videos, I hope to inspire others to take that first step and think, “If she can do it, so can I.”
Even a short video takes hours or days to create, and sometimes views are low, but as long as someone is watching, I’ll keep going.
