Sending love during this holiday season!
This Saturday, I'm releasing a 5 minute mobility session for walking!
Now, this routine is a great way to prepare the body right before you walk out the door so all your muscles are primed and working, thereby allowing you to walk further for longer!
It's just 3 exercises and takes about 5 minutes or less (though I know my explanation may take a little longer).
You don't need any equipment, but you will want a door or wall to lean on.
Maybe the whole family takes a little walkabout! One of my favorite things to do is check out all the decorations!

New GUIDED 2 Handed Clubbell workout drops on my channel Saturday!
The last clubbell workout of the year!
I created this workout with beginners in mind, but I have to say, this is a great way to train to level up your weight as well.
You only need one clubbell for this workout. As usual, I have several to give myself options and adjust based on how I'm feeling in the moment.
We have 4 rounds of 3 supersets. We are completing each superset before moving on to the next set.

This Saturday, I'm releasing a new 25 minute FULL BODY workout using Dumbbells!
All the exercises are standing and there's no jumping.
This is a great workout for this holiday season because it's short and allows you to get a low impact workout in, without requiring a lot of energy or effort to make it happen.

This Saturday, I'm releasing a Bosu Cardio Workout!
Scary, i know. But this is only 7 minutes, so we got this!
If you don't have a Bosu but still want to try moving with an unstable surface, you can use a couch cushion. You can also perform all these movements on the ground. Whatever works best for you - safety first!
Let's get this burst of movement in and get on with the weekend!
