All too often, I see baseball players frustrated that they canât pitch or play the field without shoulder pain.
One of the more common issues I see in baseball players of all levels is Shoulder âImpingementâ. I put quotes around âimpingementâ because it has just turned into this broad term that is given to any baseball player with shoulder pain. However, the throwerâs shoulder is one of the MOST complex joints and needs to be treated different from any other athlete.
Here are some key notes regarding shoulder impingement and how to tell if you are suffering from it.
