A few years ago, I experienced first-hand, the destructive consequences insomnia can have.
I realised that with so many people advertising solutions, the truth is virtually none really cured chronic insomnia.
The only effective treatment turned out to be the most difficult to get access to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia.
How could the only treatment to such a widespread problem be so difficult to find?
