Hello everyone! Just a little progress update, last week we did a live stream Q and A it was fun and we'll do it again! As for posting reaction videos I'll start shooting again tomorrow it's been so hectic around here with all the holidays the past 2 weeks!
BUT I did get the video shot of me cooking the village cooking channel style chicken biryani. All i have to do is add some voice overs to a few parts. I should be able to get the one up soon. Probably tonight!!!!!

Wow, my poll on what dish to cook next has received lots of votes! I'm very grateful for all the positive attention my channel is getting. A few weeks ago, I also ran a poll asking if you'd like me to do a live stream when I hit 2,000 subscribers. The 'yes' vote won! I'll be going live next Monday morning at 9:30 AM EST, which is 8:00 PM in India

THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!! Today I was able to become a YouTube Partner once again! I did this only with all of your support. I look forwards to the day after I post a video now to see all the comments with all of you sharing your cooking and food knowledge with me. I've shared two of my thumbnails here just to show 2 of the videos that you all have engaged with more then other's that helped to make this possible. I am James MacInnis, a classically trained chef. I attended Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, Canada, where I completed a 6,000-hour apprenticeship to earn my Red Seal certification. I later completed an additional 2,000-hour apprenticeship to achieve my Chef certification.
For over 15 years, I have served as the Chef at Casa Bella on the Thames, a popular restaurant where I have also been a minority owner for the past six years.
Outside of the kitchen, I cherish my small but wonderful family. My wife is an incredible partner, and together we raise our two young boys, who inspire me every day.
