I am James MacInnis, a classically trained chef. I attended Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, Canada, where I completed a 6,000-hour apprenticeship to earn my Red Seal certification. I later completed an additional 2,000-hour apprenticeship to achieve my Chef certification.
For over 15 years, I have served as the Chef at Casa Bella on the Thames, a popular restaurant where I have also been a minority owner for the past six years.
Outside of the kitchen, I cherish my small but wonderful family. My wife is an incredible partner, and together we raise our two young boys, who inspire me every day.
