Our mission at TRITAC is to inspire transformations through martial arts.
TRITAC is a method of training to develop skills and confidence in self-defense, sport-combat and lifestyle - but it is NOT a martial arts style.
It is a system for martial arts development - a collection of curriculums, drills, flows and plans to help you gain true skill through a systemized approach. This approach is/has been used and refined over 17+ years, with 1000s of students at the TRITAC Training Center in CT, USA.
TRITAC was developed through a continued collaboration of 7 martial artists, each experts in their unique area of combat. It is now managed by Matt Bryers (me). I have been training martial arts for over 30 years, with black belts in BJJ and Japanese Jujitsu, deep experience in Kyokushin, Wrestling, American Kickboxing and Defence Lab/Keysi systems. I have been very fortunate to have trained and learned from many talented martial artists.
