ABOUT JASON
I'm Jason Gagne, a personal trainer and health coach with over 20 years experience.
Training people started from my own broken body being rebuilt from broken to fit and strong that shaped my passion for fitness.
Childhood challenges led me to years of surgeries that left me confined and in pain. It ignited my passion and pursuit of health and fitness.
With my past self rehab and EMS background with multiple certifications under my belt like NASM, Yoga, and NESTA, I was able to use my experience, knowledge and passion to create the Good2Go Program.
