Love, Lies and Fiction is a pop-rock band formed in South Florida and inspired by Nashville’s storied song-writing community. The band set out to capture the timelessness and intimacy of human love-relationships through their songs.
The band recorded songs in two legendary studios: Sound Emporium and Blackbird Studios in Nashville, and worked with renowned mix engineer F. Reid Shippen (Death Cab for Cutie, Cage the Elephant, India Arie).
For the band, every song is a story, a journey that speaks from and to the heart, with lyrics that were slaved over and music that draws on many influences, including Keane, Train, and The Script, among many others. Love, Lies and Fiction songs evoke raw emotion and timeless melodies, equal parts pop and rock guitar riffs, a distinct tenor lead vocal and engaging stories.
