In the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, we’re made up of many parts, each with its own voice and story. I’m just one of those parts – the one that carries sadness, a messenger with something important to share.
Let’s find out what our parts need to feel heard and supported, and learn how to care for them with compassion. 🌼
