The Pilates Fetal Thigh Series is a challenging leg and glute workout, but it won't make you sweat! This series doesn't ask you to challenge the range of motion in your hips, but instead asks you to do small, repetitive movements with great form. It's a great one to add in on days when you want to get a challenging strength workout in, but you don't have time to take a shower afterward.
