Iāve been slacking when it comes to YouTube, Iāve been slacking in working out daily, in doing my morning routine, in learning new things, and most importantly-my relationship with God.
I need to get back on track for myself and for you and for anyone counting on me or who will count on me.
I truly want to get better, I just need to get that drive back I had.
I WILL get at least a video out tomorrow, I will get a good workout in, and I will search for my masculine drive and purposefulness.
We canāt settle for mediocre or ājust good enoughā - we need to try to strive for excellence in all areas of life so that we may better serve the Lord.
I hope you guys can understand and I will come back stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Sorry I havenāt been posting my Adonis protocol videos recently. Iām sick with a 104 fever and I feel pretty awful, I at least got a short out today, but as soon as I heal Iāll get a video out.

8 Months of Calisthenics/Weightlifting Back Progress.
When I started working out inconsistently two years ago I could do a few pull ups with poor form at best, now Iāve done 12 pull ups with 43lbs added weight and a muscle up.
Now imagine if I was consistent the whole time.
Thereās no reason to delay the greatness you could achieve, so stop procrastinating.
Just imagine yourself and your goals you could achieve in 6 months of dedication and consistency.
Now imagine yourself in 6 months if you didnāt change a damn thing.
Crazy difference, huh? You need to destroy your limiting beliefs and have a growth mindset.
And then you must suffer through the first two weeks or first few days. But when weāre suffering is where we grow the most - as long as you have a mindset to grow and improve.
So take it push-up by push-up, then exercise by exercise, day by day, week by week, and youāre there.
To win the year, first you have to try to win every day - but donāt be discouraged when you donāt āwinā a day, just tackle the next day with a growth mindset and an open mind. (Edited here)

I'm very grateful for the recent growth and support in my channel and it's all because of you taking time out of your day to sit down and watch me talk about problems that me and you share and so we can improve ourselves in this journey.
I want to put more effort and time into making these videos of higher content quality for you, so I'm taking a short break to just think deeper about my content. So I plan to make videos from now on under 10 minutes and I'll get straight to the point on them and incorporate stories to share with you from time to time.
This will help grow the channel more so I can help more men like you and me who want to improve but they just don't know what to do yet or how to do it. And it can be very overwhelming trying to get on self improvement because there is just so much to do, so I'm here to simplify it and take you step-by-step to become your best self.
And for the more advanced men in self improvement, I still plan to record my usual unscripted videos that can be longer and talk more in depth about deeper topics at least once a week for you.
