Hi I am Gaurav Sudan -
A certified personal trainer from K11 School of fitness Science, Pune, India. I have worked with a wide range of people from teen to adults and now I am initiating an exercise program for senior age group through my You Tube Channel. I believe that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and a little bit of determination.
