Wave loading, conjugated sets, neuromuscular optimization, multiplanar movement, proprioceptive enhancement, eccentric emphasis, dynamic tension, periodization strategies, functional adaptation, maximal muscular recruitment, or kinetic chain integration.
This channel is all about making the complicated simple.
My chief aim is taking the confusion out of strength training to combat the feeling of overwhelm around the subject so you feel like you can actually do it and succeed.
Also sharing principles and touching on the mindset needed to succeed in strength training. I've found the same principles that work in the gym tend to work for your success outside of the gym as well.
Reminding you that training should be FUN!
