I’m 54 years old and was morbidly obese. I weighed 186kgs or 410lbs when I made the decision that I needed to seriously reduce my body weight, eat healthily and get fit. I created this channel so that I can seek the support of others, but also as a mechanism to keep me on track during my weight-loss journey. By going “public” I am more likely to stick to the plan, and hopefully receive some moral support from other YouTube users. Of course, I know there’ll be some trolls along the way but I have thick skin!
I am motivated to accomplish my goal not only for myself but also for my wife, Debra, and my children, Bongani, Michael, Emily and Cian.
