And January of 2023 I weighed 435 lb and I was watching your videos and stuff it was so encouraging to me I lost a lot of weight because my sugar spiked up the 700 I lost my site well part of my site I have trouble seeing it and I have a brain disorder which affects my balance by the time I was encouraged to lose weight because I see that other people out there are trying to do the same thing to be healthy thank you for showing us your videos.

You are so beautiful for even loving someone from Africa I'm not from Africa I'm a biracial person but saying that you love someone from Africa it's very encouraging to me because I just was so scared for people to see me being biracial I was afraid that people wouldn't know what I was then I saw this and I just said this is so beautiful. you have a beautiful heart to look past a person's color and to love them and you encourage me because you lost so much weight
