Hi 👋 Everyone, welcome to my channel!
My name is Janie Rose, I have been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching circa 2016. Over the years I have become an RYT 500 and accumulated 1400 + teacher training hours from amazing teachers in many styles including Ashtanga, The Rocket ®️ and Restorative yoga (to name a few) from all around the America’s. My teaching style is a culmination of all I have learned and loved in my yoga journey thus far. My two favourite styles to practice and teach are Vinyasa & Yin Yoga’s and I feel very blessed to be able to share my love of the practice with you from the breath-taking Riviera Maya.
