Allow refunds 💵 or not, that is the question! 🤔
In 20 years of selling art 🖼 online, I’ve only ever had one return (on an artwork).

Know this: Buyers 🛍 are afraid of making a mistake.

That's the 😨 fear that holds them back from collecting 🛒.

The biggest obstacle 🚧 people have is that they don't want to feel foolish.

If you remove that ⚠️ risk for them and say you have a 💵 money-back guarantee 👌🏻, you will always make more sales 💰 (just don’t cover the return 📦 shipping costs!)

You should also put a ⏱ time limit on it. (You don't want someone a year from now spilling coffee ☕️ on the art and then sending it back.) I recommend 30 days 📅, no questions asked.

Truthfully, it probably won't even happen.

My mother-in-law 👩‍👧used to say, "We spend our whole lives worrying 💭 about things that never happen."
