Eraser are so hit and miss own serval that just smudge the graphite around. I did find on the harder rubber erasers you can run water on them to clean off some of the graphite.

I bought (on advice in an artshop!) a Tombow dust catch to use after the soft eraser...DON'T! Made terible grey on my paper! No way to get it off....😢 now i have a soft cretacolor monolith that works great and so does the tombow mono zer
