She will be ok, kids have a very well developed thymus.... They can fight off viruses better than any adult... Take care Loy

Stay strong and keep being there for your family. It's all part of the parenting journey. Kids will have respiratory illnesses including fever. They will have injuries probably from a fall and the list goes on.
She will get well soon. So long qs she js able to communicate qnd engage you her parents. The prognosis looks very good.
