Doom gets all points, literally.
Doom broken the Davoth's sphere of life.
Doom IQ is way higher, since we see he getting soluctions during the gameplay, like using the demonic crucible to power his base, before Khan Maykr's plan to lock it down.
Doom combat is way higher, he fought in hell for Eons, he as able to beat Doom Hunter (modified by priest), learning in time how to beat him, before he face the demon.
Durability go to Slayer, he never fail, he never die, and if he dies, he can travel time and fight again, until its done. He can travel back in time whenever he wants.

Kratos survived being stabbed by the blade of olympus (Its a blade that can kill immortals)
He beat Thanatos in Physical speed (Thanatos is a primordial, primordials were the ones who existed before the big bang and time itself, and Thanatos has immeasurable speed which is scaled above infinite speed)
Kratos ofc has more hax
Kratos survived a shot which could destroy the world pillar (The pillar which held the whole greek world)
Kratos has more weapons which could easily eliminate everyone in the verse (They work in other universes)
He has P.O.H which is a power with-which he could kill anyone since a user of the P.O.H can't lose because the user can easily become stronger than the opponent as long as there is hope which makes him omnipotent basically.
Kratos has many strength feats (He is the definition of strength in Myth)
Lemme give you some of his strength feats
He resisted Cronos (A titan which could literally move the cosmo)
He moved the bridge in Tyr's temple as well as lifted the temple
He resisted Atlas (A primordial who holds the greek world up now)
Now IQ feats, He solved The riddles made by gods
He is omniscient,like..literally
He could even stop time in GOW Ascension
He can control all elements with his weapons (Typhoon, Gauntlet of Zeus etc.)
Most of these are ingame feats not lore. Lore Kratos on a whole another level.
