I love to learn as much as possible in as great detail as possible about my favorite guitar players and I also like to share what I learn with others. I have many years of particular study of the playing techniques of Edward Van Halen who was my main inspiration to start playing guitar like many people! I LOVE to help demystify and help make clear exactly how a particular piece of music was played physically on the guitar through solid evidence and carefully vetted circumstantial evidence based on audio, video evidence and interview evidence. Guitar is fun and it is more fun to learn how your favorite artist played what they played rather than learning how someone else THINKS an artist played something. I try to help the artist themselves teach you through the evidence they left behind...don't take my word for anything, take the evidence of how the artist you are studying actually played to guide your learning process!
