How can achieve what is already done?

The rat race of life will lead you through a never ending maze- to try to get something from someone who canāt give it to you, to seek for what canāt be found outside of you.

By far the most transformational journey of my life so far... My dream was to be able to just 'Press record and share myself authentically...' But little did I know, at the time, what that would actually require...
To speak honestly, confidently and naturally did not come easily- I had to face my fears, doubts, insecurities and self-hatred. All of which was holding me back and sabotaging my dream to create & share my ideas, connect with like minded people, and bring together a community.

I believe that recording yourself daily or weekly, watching back the footage and reflecting on the experience is one of the most impactful practices you can develop.
