Meditation & Relax LifeTV focuses on topics related to "how to relax from busy & overloaded life", "develop more positive attitude, to be more kind and compassionate".

In order to deliver our messages to more people, we use different presentation style to express our contents. We have created many different videos related to meditation practice, meditation music, Buddhist songs, Buddhism practices, relaxing music, baby songs. Some videos are talking about interesting Buddhism Stories, movies and knowledge which
- inspire people to do good things, to be more positive, kind and compassionate to others
- offer ideas to solve their life issues
- give some guidelines for how to implement Meditation and Buddhism Practices in reality
