I didn't expect that people would watch a video about prep. It's viewed than usual. It's important but boring and hard to explain how to organize mixing session. I hope people upload this type of content on YouTube a lot.

Now, I'm looking at making another "Mixing with Free Plugins Video" again. When it comes to making mixing tutorial videos, one of the most tedious things is that the song itself is too long to explain especially automation. So, I came up with an idea. "I've written and uploaded 12 tone technique pieces, and these are around 30 second songs which means these are the best songs to make mixing tutorials" I've never thought about using 12 tone technique songs to make mixing tutorials.

I watched and enjoyed this video. It's informative. But I noticed there are several things he should have covered in the video. So, I'm going to make a video about this video. By the way, that Neve console looks super cool.

I watched this video and was like "Yeah, I knew it." I always think pickups and things around them (like strings) are the biggest elements in guitar tones. Not to mention, the other elements change the sound. But they're basically negligible. These slight changes must be buried by players hands. 2 people play the same guitar, and they play completely different sound.

I broke down my mix for Rate My Mix Mixing Contest. As I said in the video, I hadn't mixed country music before, but it was really fun. And I realized the difference between metal and country mixing is basically nothing. Billy Decker mixes country mainly but he does metal too and it does really make sense.
