I want to hold a space for those affected by Americaโs aftermath of what we call the only day to speak out our voice. But here is the thing, we speak out everyday. We will not stop just because another darkness leads our world. The darkness has always led our world. People must understand that we cannot be left unheard the other 364 days of the year. We must fight and defend ourselves, The People for our rights to exist. Not the leaders or the companies, remember your hearts and where they beat to. Rich or poor, you are being stolen from and you and your future kin are being poisoned. Do not fear that another dark power looms over us, let this motivate us to work harder to move towards community and independence from higher powers. Good people are just as capable of being as powerful as bad ones. Violence is an archaic ancient tool yes, but wielded by the hands who defend love and humanity it transforms to justice. When will the good people seek community and justice for all?
