Just to keep youth motivated through my transformation journey.....
I have struggled a lot about my fitness, I know many people have done it before, and literally many have done it very smoothly coz they were controlled about their diet, but for me it was literally difficult to lose weight coz of my messy diet, I was addicted to fast food very badly, i consumed momos, burger, pizza, rolls etc. on daily basis even after gym.
I was 83 kgs when I joined gym first time in life, you won't believe I gained 7 kgs during my gym, coz I couldn't control my diet, I think I am doing gym so I should eat more and more....but when I was 90 kgs, i became negative about gym, i pondered why am I not getting my results, gym is reacting me negatively, I am being fatty more and more...I left gym for 3 months.
My brother motivated me a lot of time to do gym again, but I ignored him every time, but after much more i went to gym with him when I was 92 kgs ..my trainer said you can't be slim..
