So lesson learned: Never train with a band when performing face pulls. Thatβs what I get for trying to take my training serious even though the gym card function was out of order. βNo worries, Iβll just use my bands at homeβ. This happened on Sunday. Still not sure if I will regain full eye sight in my right eye, but Iβm hopeful ππΎπͺπ½πBut right now Iβm out of commission, and not sure when the next video will be out. Hope all of you are doing ok πππΎπͺπ½
