I just started a new fitness journey! How’s your Summer been so far?
My diet has been less than stellar for the past few years and I decided some change is in order.
I worked with Eddie Abbew’s Olympian Gym to set up a new diet and workout plan for myself, and here is the first bunch of my new meal prep! It’s simple but effective!
I’m looking forward to this new journey. Let’s roll! 😎

Hey there, Dicers!
Is that what I call you now? Anyways, I thought I'd tell you all a little bit about myself since many of you might not be familiar with my personal life.
My name is fondue and I'm actually a full time game developer by day! I've been working in the game industry for over 10 years now as a producer (think project manager) at companies such as Ubisoft and Avalanche Studios, and I'm currently working at Remedy Entertainment. On my free time I like to, unsurprisingly, play TTRPGs and video games, and going to the gym!
I'm originally from, and currently live in Finland! Big props to you if you can recognize where in Helsinki the accompanying pic is taken!
