Green Monday is a multi-faceted, award-winning social venture group that aims to tackle climate change, global food insecurity, public health and animal welfare issues. Founded in Hong Kong on Earth Day 2012, Green Monday’s mission is to “Make Change Happen, Make Green Common” through innovative solutions that empower the world with sustainable plant-based choices. Green Monday advocates for one plant-based day per week, mobilising the wider community to construct a regenerative global ecosystem of future food. Equipped with advocacy, business, food tech and investment arms, Green Monday has created a platform where everyone can be part of the change. Today more than 2.5 million Hong Kong people have joined the Green Monday movement to build a more sustainable future. The movement has also expanded to over 30 global regions including Mainland China, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and the United Kingdom.
