First day back on The Mutt. Framing out the dash to hide that damn wiring.

I've made progress but nothing very compelling to watch and all the froughts have only been solvable by ordering parts which I'm waiting for.
Keep calm and chop on! ... froughts do make it difficult though :)

There have been a few requests for Wifetastic's amazing fish taco recipe.
Here you go!
WIFETASTIC FISH TACOS AND STREET CORN
CREMA
Sour cream, with whole milk, buttermilk, half and half or full cream
Lime zest and 1tbs lime juice, dash of trader joes chile lime seasoning
Stir, leave at room temperature 1-2 hours to thicken
CABBAGE SLAW
Slice:
Cabbage
Toss with: a bit of apple cider vinegar and pure maple syrup
Let sit, stirring occasionally for a ‘quick pickling’
FISH
Combine:
Chili powder
Blackening seasoning
Arrowroot powder
Himalayan or trace mineral salt
Dredge Cod Fillets
And pan fry
SIDE DISH: FAST STREET CORN
Mix: Lime zest, lime juice, mayonnaise, butter, salt, pepper and paprika and small dash of trader joes Chile lime seasoning
Heat: Canned corn heated/blackened in a pan or wok
Put in bowl
Stir in mixture + feta or cotija cheese
TORTILLAS
Put the tortillas directly on your stove burner on low for a bit to soften and take moisture out, then crank the flame to get some nice darkened bits.
Set aside and cover in a warm towel.
TACO AVENGERS, ASSEMBLE
Optional: top with diced red onion, maybe some tomatoes too
Serve street corn on the side
