Bill has taught at the college level for over 30+ years in Washington State, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada, and had worked at Microsoft for over 14 years running 8 Project Management Offices while he was there across multiple areas of the company. Bill has moved on from Microsoft and now running his 10th PMO at the University of WA Medical.
