Journaling is a great way for me to express my emotions. It helps me release that emotional burden I sometimes feel. I prefer this method to confiding because it makes me anxious to.
Being vulnerable to people is just a very scary thing to me. I know there might be some of you who might feel this way, too. I think it is important to have more conversations about these things. And I would love to do that soon.
