Yo. I'd like to say that I'm sorry for the lack of content over the last several months. Things have been very inconsistent recently for a multitude of reasons, one of which being that to be completely honest, I'm not really feeling splatoon like I used to. I haven't really felt like playing or recording the game all that much, and I haven't really had any new ideas for content because of that. I've wanted to take the channel in a variety direction, but I was scared that if I didn't post splatoon or at least a somewhat relevant game, people wouldn't want to watch. However, posting nothing at all, or very infrequently has been just as bad, lol.
I want to get back to the consistency that we had in the earlier days of my splatoon content. So starting soon, I'll be trying to have a video out at least once a week, give or take a day or two. I work a full time job, stream on my off days, and have responsibilities outside of content, so every now and then, I might have to delay a vid. I want to give more variety content a try, so to challenge myself, I'm not going to be posting the same game twice in a row for a while. Splatoon will not be going away, but it will be FAR less frequent. It's been a while since I've posted one, so the first vid to come out of this challenge will be splatoon.
I'm hoping that trying out different games for content will bring back the spark I had when I started doing this whole thing, as well as force me to improve and adapt my editing style, due to being outside of my comfort zone. I know that the numbers are probably gonna suck for a while, but that's okay. I hope to one day make videos that people will want to watch solely on the quality of the content, not just because of the game I'm playing.
All that being said, I'm gonna start working on that first vid. See you guys soon.
