I started this channel to share my fitness journey and knowledge gained over the years. My journey started 4 years ago when I walked into the gym at 135lbs, scared to death because of my inexperience and size. Over the past 4 years I learned many lessons about proper technique, dieting and supplementation. Theses lessons have helped me gain close to 40lbs of lean muscle. Leading a fit lifestyle also will also instill you with a greater sense of self-confidence (at least it did for me). My hopes are this channel will help you on your fitness journey and also motivate you to want to lead a healthy lifestyle.
And despite the name "Water Jug Fitness" I will not be working out with water jugs.
