On July 17, 1996 Trans, World, Airlines, Flight, 800 has 230 people on board passengers and crew but shortly after takeoff from JFK airport everything goes horribly wrong. The center fuel tank explodes 12 minutes after takeoff. Sadly the 747 crashes into the Atlantic ocean killing all 230 on board. This is the third deadliest air accident in US history. πππππππππππππππππππππππππππππ

On May 25, 1979 American Airlines flight 191 has 271 people on board but on take off everything goes horribly wrong. The DC-10 literally loses its left engine on takeoff. Sadly, the pilots donβt recover the airplane and crash into a hanger all 271 people on board the DC-10 are dead and two people on the ground are also killed in the hanger. On May 25, 2002, China airlines flight 611 had a mid air break up over and crashed into the Taiwan Strait because of bad maintenance sadly all 225 people on board died. ππππππππππ

On May 9th 1987 LOT flight 5055 crashed into a forest after engine failure and fire sadly all 183 passengers and crew died.

On March 22, 1992 US air flight 405 attempted to take off from New York LaGuardia airport, but the pilots have trouble lifting off the F 28 soon crashes in the flushing bay out of the 51 people on board 27 are dead. only 24 people survive.

NEWS: American Airlines flight 1632 over ran the runway in Dallas because its brakes failed. The pilots had to only had there thrust reversers to help them stop. The air traffic controller deployed, emergency vehicles just in case. There were no injuries.
Maintenance error.
This is right now under federal investigation.
