The Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (EURUS) is a leading teaching and research program in its field and the first one established in Canada. EURUS brings together a wide range of expertise on Europe and European integration, in addition to our strengths in Central and Southeast Europe, Russia, the Caucasus and Central Asia. We also house the Centre for European Studies (CES), a European Union Centre of Excellence, a Jean Monnet Chair which analyzes the EU's Eastern Partnership initiatives and a major network in European studies. The Institute hosts unparalleled opportunities for scholarly research and interaction with government, non-governmental agencies, the diplomatic community and international partners.
