Often times we see the flexed version and not the relaxed. We begin to develop this idea of what the fit body is supposed to look like.
We fail to consider lighting and posing and how much of an impact these have on a photo. We must understand that everything we see is made to look perfect.
Unless you’re competing and sitting at a low body fat percentage, it’s unlikely you’re going to look like the second picture 24/7.
It’s important to normalize the relaxed body next to all this posing we see on social media.
Don’t compare yourself to these perfectly curated accounts.
