Four things I’d want to know if I started over in the gym again ⬇️

Get a plan in place. Don’t chop and change. Find something you enjoy and stick to it.

Stay consistent. You can’t go to the gym one week and skip the next two weeks after. Aim to be in the gym minimum twice a week.

Progressively overload your training. Track what you lift and aim to improve over time by either adding more weight, increasing reps or improving technique.

Get a coach. As a beginner you will get a lot of things wrong which is normal. Having a coach will help you avoid mistakes, maximise results and keep you accountable.
