Happy new year folks!
The past year was filled with a lot of downs for me curtailing most of my travel plans. However, this year will see me exploring a lot of new places by rail if things go well. The content will keep flowing and I hope people will keep supporting this channel by watching videos and sharing their feedback.

Was just checking IRCTC and was baffled to see that several trains have been slowed down from Jan 1st!!!
12134 by 10 minutes, 12619 by 10, 12224 by 10, MAO CSMT VB by 5 and CSMT NGP Duronto by 20 minutes!
Sad to see the pitiful state of railways!

Wish we had all TTEs and squads doing their jobs like this TTE unlike the ones found on CR and KR who rarely stand up against the ticketless, unreserved and waitlisted passengers troubling reserved ones!

Legendary rail enthusiast from Australia, Prof Ian Manning, has passed away last month. His funeral will be held tomorrow.
He had documented the Indian Railways network in great detail since the '60s!
I never got a chance to meet him but I adored his work.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
