Rapper, actor, and songwriter Adam Hicks was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hicks started battle-rapping on the radio at the age of ten. He progressed into writing lyrical songs and started working with Disney and ABC as a writer for several tracks in his late teens. Hicks is most known for starring in the hit TV movie sensation "Lemonade Mouth," where he co-wrote and performed the songs "Determinate," "Breakthrough," and "Livin' on a High Wire."

After a run-in with the law at the age of 25, Hicks fought a case for a few years and, while incarcerated, wrote dozens of new songs. Following his release, he is concentrating on creating new music and making a name for himself in hip-hop.
