Gabriele Casagrande, artist's name of Big House, is born artistically at an early age, attending music classes and playing classical guitar. He later studied electric guitar and drum, playing in several local cover groups. In 2010, he began to approach to Hip-Hop music genre, writing and composing instrumentals. In 2013, he opened the home studio BHL Records, located in Trento, Italy where he recorded the first group demos and various musical projects. In 2014 he moved to Milan to study Audio Engineering & Music Technology at the Accademia del Suono. In 2017, he moved to Manchester to complete his studies and graduate at Futureworks University.
Big House's musical sound as a producer is characterized by the use of synthesizers and samplers, mixed with the use of acoustic batteries & breakbeats, blending the boom-bap period with the new school of sound. The producer is open to other genres and new musical experiments, derived from the study and the pursuit of a personal style.
