Hey everyone! Hope your new year is starting off to a good start.
I harvested some bunching onions, kale, and cauliflower a few days ago. Everything was blanched, bagged, and frozen.The bunching onions were frozen after cutting into smaller pieces.

Update to planting Amaryllis and Paper Whites indoors video. So pleased with how the paper whitest are doing! They’re growing so fast that turning them towards the light to keep them growing straight is almost a daily task.🤗Enjoying every moment of watching them grow though.
