Energy updateβ‘οΈ! 2 incoming Solar flares and a huge spike in earth's electromagnetic field frequency (schumann resonance) today. This can often cause us to feel drained, irritable, body aches, have trouble sleeping, cause weird dreams and just general "what's the hell is going on" type feelings for several days as our body integrated the energy. The message at this time is about the power of appreciation!! One of the most transformational things we can do to uplift our own self worth is to genuinely acknowledge the things we appreciate in others. A Course in Miracles teaches "you cannot judge apart from yourself"... therefore, everytime we tell the story of jealousy and competition, everytime we casually put down another in thought, word or deed we feel the feelings of those judgements. Your ego self thinks it's judging something separate from itself but your inner being knows it is One with everything and therefore your judgements are equally about yourself. This lowers our self worth and makes us defensive, feeling like we need to prove ourselves.
There's an easier way. Make it a habit to intentionally appreciate the people around you and tell them what you admire about them. Let that energy freely flow through you without expectation to receive from them...when you allow it to flow, you are the first to receive it so you will find you no longer feel the need to be validated by others. This is unconditional appreciation and the blessings that follow are immeasurable.
The challenge: practice this rampage of appreciation for 7 days. If you recognize yourself falling into old habits of judgement, simply acknowledge them and intentionally release them. Call on your Angels and ascended masters to help you with this practice. You won't regret it
