Mental illness is soooo very real my peeps, and social media doesn't help. It may actually be a contributor.
Here's what I mean by that...
There's an increase in attention-seekers, and I truly wish, especially for my fellow beautiful Black sistahs, that everyone would take some time to find peace, harmony, and balance in your lives...including a way to fill those voids that have you seeking so much attention.
For the life of me, I cannot understand why someone would want so much attention to the point of jeopardizing their own life, dignity, or even freedom. It's time to re-evaluate what it is you value most!
