We are currently at 80.7kg 🫃starting to look thiccer, strength is 🆙 and we are holding the abs 🙇♂️

Lean bulk update: Currently sitting at 80.7kg. That's the heaviest i've been in a while. I've been eating around 2800 - 3000 cals of clean whole foods daily on the lean bulk. Drinking 3L+ water a day and doing 150 min minimum cardio weekly. And of course you cant forget, I am training very hard 5-6x a week 🤫🧏♂️
You guys better be grinding hard as always 😚

5 tips for when lean bulking ‼️
1. Eat clean whole foods with high protein
2. Track your calories. Making sure you’re hitting 200-300 cal surplus.
3. Check your weight and make sure it’s going up each week. If it’s not moving your either doing too much cardio, or not eating enough 🗣️
4. Do 150min minimum cardio every week so you don’t get too fluffy (+ you can eat more 😍)
5. Drink plenty of water 💦 and conquer 💪
Currently I’ve been stuck around 79kg-80kg. We have 9 more month till the year ends and I want to gain up to 85kg-90kg hopefully while maintaining the abs. It’s gonna be hard but as long as we are putting in the work, I’m sure we will get close to those numbers. I’ve been loving training lately because I am at the strongest and leanest I have ever been 🤓

Lean bulk update: 78.9kg 🧑🍳 Slowly turning into a blob
Been slack on the cardio lately and it really be showing. Back to doing more than 150min of cardio weekly and eating less junk food haha at least I’m gaining weight though ‼️ (very slowly)

As you can see I am getting a bit chonky in the mid-section. I don’t always look shredded guys 😂 that is only during comp season.
I’d just like to say that body building is a selfish sport. When I’m cutting, I can’t eat out with my girlfriend or eat my mom’s cooking. I also can’t spend time with my friends 🥲 it’s a huge sacrifice but thankfully I’ve had all the support I needed to get through my last 22 week prep.
I’ve been enjoying the freedom of life outside of prep lately and I’m making my way to the last picture in this post hehe TIME TO LEAN BULK for the whole year 👊
