This was the first time I got together with a band after over a year of not playing with anyone. There was a familiar energy that I had almost forgotten. A kind of energy that left me with a big smile and a sense of relief. Recording these songs was the closest feeling to playing a show. Weāll be uploading the full performance on my YouTube page over the coming weeks so make sure to subscribe over there. More news on some shows coming shortly.

āMotivational Speakingā is out now! I couldnāt be more excited to finally share these songs with you. This record taught me about the importance of friendship and community. Creating this was such a collaborative process amongst so many incredible musicians Iām so grateful to call friends. We set out making this record almost two years ago.. I have to give a huge shoutout to Owen Lewis who produced this with me. His patience and determination throughout the whole process was nothing short of inspiring.
I hope you enjoy this record as much as I enjoyed making it. I look back on the last 5 years of OSB and am so grateful for all the support Iāve received. Thanks so much for everything.
